Tewin Cowper CofE Primary School

We are delighted to introduce ourselves as Tewin Cowper CoE Primary School. 

We are passionate about inclusive education and ensuring that every pupil who starts his or her own journey with us feels happy and safe when at school. Tewin is a small school and we pride ourselves on knowing our families and the school community well. From the greeting at the gate in the morning to the goodbye at the end of the day, our provision is personalised to ensure everyone feels part of the family.

Our curriculum is designed to capture the interests and curious minds of our learners and inspire them to be historians, scientists, arts and much more. We teach each subject discretely, ensuring a balance of knowledge and skills through a wide variety of learning experiences and enrichment activities.

At Tewin we are blessed to be situated in such a beautiful village. We regularly visit St Peter’s church and use our local environment to further enhance our learning experiences.

We have a fantastic team of leaders, teachers and support staff who are dedicated and rich in knowledge and experience. Our school governors play an active part in our school development and together we strive to achieve all that is set out in our school vision.
